BTS Process Overview
- Data files containing travel information, ticket cost, itinerary etc are pulled in from the originating travel agency.
- Data files containing reported travel information, ticket cost, itinerary etc. are imported from the end client’s systems.
- Both sets of data are imported into the BTS application where it is parsed and processed.
- Results are then provided via a web application interface or exported excel documents. Reports cite specific instances of inconsistencies which correspond to key areas of fraud venerability.
